I booked this hotel for my parents to stay in. They loved everything about it. It is very clean and tidy, smells wonderful. The room was a great size, nice little balcony type room with a beautiful view. Large enough ensuite. The breakfasts were lovely and very good for the price. There was literally nothing that qe could fault. The desk staff and the breakfast staff were particularly lovely. We had an older male help us with breakfast and he was so accommodating. We didnt dine there for dinner so cant speak for those staff members but can assume they were amazing as well.

As visitors to the bi-annual Pferdestarke event, we have stayed at Hotel Zur Burg Sternberg every 2 years since approximately 2010. The buffet style breakfasts and evening meals are delicious. The location is quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and, as our German isn't brilliant, it was good that some staff spoke excellent English. Special mention to Stella and Stephanie.
