The location is fabulous! The lady in the reception was super kind. If you get the chance to go there and the sky was clear, just go outside in the night (via the side door) and take a look at the stars. Milky way is visible!!! look what picture I took! Also go to Feldberg for a hike! Our trip was one of the besttttt trips so far.

staff was very helpful and nice, the room was clean and cosy. Balcony has super nice, fresh view from the high altitude! Hotel bar is very cosy and stuff was very friendly.

We stayed there for a weak in the off season and had a wonderful time. I honestly do not know what could be improved. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the location is really nice and the SPA area great, I could imagine though that the latter could get a bit crowded, if the hotel is really fully booked.
