I received exceptional service from the front desk ladies. I came from South Africa not understanding German. They assisted me with dinner, train services and directions. Ten out of ten ladies. The breakfast is one for the books, wow blew my socks off. Friendly efficient staff and service in the breakfast hall. It is a spread for a King.
