Very large room, nice quiet location. Lovely breakfast. Staff all really friendly. Very dog friendly, can even sit in a different part of the restaurant with your dog. Close to town, taxi (they allow dogs aswell) or 20 minute walk. Plenty of car parking. Spa facilities although we didn’t use them (wish we brought our swimming things but we forgot). Everyone was so nice and made a big fuss of our dog, nothing was to much for them. Thank you!

We were looking for a place in nature to relax for a weekend and we are happy we chose this hotel. The staff has been especially friendly and they were always in a good mood, which made us feel very welcomed. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and we loved that most ingredients were from local vendors. We also really appreciated that we could rent E-bikes for free which made exploring the forest a real joy. Parking was easy as the parking space is pretty spacious.

First. Receptionists were abovre reprooch,, extremly friendly and helpful All were perfect. Miss Stella and Miss Ome, were very human. They spoke very professionell, extremely helpful and friendly Miss Stella, was not only friendly, helpful to my wife and I, but showed the highest degree of Respect to each and every Person who entered the eating fasicility. Everyo e received Miss Stella's Personal Touch of professionism.The meals were of highest quality, optically pleasant to the eyes. Everything Was in its place. The Restaurant was spotless, all food safety percautions were followed. We observed Miss Stella helping several handicapped, elderly patrons with love and affection.. Miss Stella treated everyone as if they were her family. A rare compassion in these trying time. The Wellness Center had a well cared for swimming Pool, Sauna and games room. We bot bow to Miss Stella and Ome. All other staff members of this Establishment presented and exhibitted the same professionalism.

Peacefully situated in the heart of the Black Forest, this hotel offers a panoramic restaurant and many cosy lounges serving regional Swabian cuisine.

We spent 2 nights in this lovely place. Location is perfect, many hikes and paths are available directly from the hotel, and aprox. 500m from hotel, there is a great sun set view. Amazing to spend a lovely summer night! What was even greater was the personal, especially the owner Mrs. Melanie Ritter. I made a mistake during booking (totally caused by my lack of attention) and she was very understanding and solved the issue right on the spot, without giving us hard time (and in the main season, when hotel is full, so any re-booking gets complicated). All hotel personal was absolutely nice and welcoming, happy to advise/provide tips for hikes in the surroundings. Many thanks for the amazing stay, I would love to come again some time!!
