The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and resourceful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, especially the freshly baked pastries, with plenty of healthy options available. The sauna was a pleasant feature. Additionally, the toiletry products provided, such as shampoo, were of good quality. Bathrobes were not provided in the room, but they, along with slippers, could be requested from the reception.

The breakfast was lovely set out very special in the morning,staff so nice,and don't be out off with mobile air-conditioning this is very powerful and I think better than roof air-conditioning. The location is excellent the centre less than 10mins away ,supermarket at end of street and great train lines.

Is the second time we stay at the hotel. Beds are comfortable, toilet and room are well equipped. The ambiance is nice and quiet, you can sleep until late if you wish and hear no noises from the outside or other rooms.

This hotel offers rooms with a free minibar, and great links with the A7 motorway. The Messe Hannover Trade Fair is 7 km away.

This is a very friendly hotel, well kept and offering great service. The breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect for us and it was close to a Bavarian restaurant with 10/10 food. Definitely going to stay there next time we need to visit Hannover.
