The hotel was beautiful and very peaceful. Everything was well maintained, and we enjoyed all of the facilities. Additionally, every person we spoke with was helpful and accommodating, providing exceptional customer service. Lastly, the food was delicious and there was a wonderful variety.

Excellent location two minutes walk to the lake, suite equipped with everything needed for a stay of over a week. Fully equipped, clean kitchen, exemplary hospitality, beautiful and available swimming pool. We will come back again.

Overall, a great experience with excellent amenities. The spa facilities were complete and very relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The hotel has plenty of attractions for children, including an indoor playground and a swimming pool, which kept the little ones entertained. A special highlight was the restaurant Lucia, which delivered an exceptional dining experience. The gym looked modern and well-equipped, though unfortunately, I couldn’t make use of it as I wasn’t prepared for a workout.
