I would like to highlight that staff working at the hotel is very professional, polite and friendly - we stayed 3 days and everywhere at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pub and in the spa - very good service!

FinlandVery nice cozy hotel in down town of Narva. Railway and coach stations are in several minutes from hotel. Hotel is very clean. Stuff are friendly, some of them speak English language, not only russian and Estonian. Restaurant is really nice. Very good food. Local bus stop is next to hotel, in front of door. Definitely, if I will visit Narva again, I will choose same hotel.

Sauna part is large with many pools and saunas. Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. Waterpark side has, visited only by kids, was ranked high as well. Feedback was that it has many different slides. In between of Sauna and Waterpark is good cafe to have milk cocktail and some food. Food and cocktails in local Pub were very good. The spa is very large, there are many saunas,baths and hot tubs, you can spend more than an hour there. two restaurants are open until night. The A La Carte restaurant is a little expensive for the quality, nothing special. The pub is excellent, open until midnight.
