Amazing breakfast. We tried a dinner too, but wasn't as good as breakfast. Staff is very sweet and polite. They clean and tidy the rooms every morning and change the towels. Didn't had a chance to try out the pool because we were short on stay and didn't had time to spend on pool.

Location: 10/10, right across beach. Dozens of shops around for everything. Very family friendly environment within and in surrounding areas. Live music on the beach, all the way from 10pm to 3am (maybe more but i went back. 5min walk from hotel).. Enjoyed it more than Iberostar Palma. Amazing family friendly nightlife option. Staff: 10/10, super friendly, very attentive to whatever you needed. Reception (Sergi and the rest), pool/lifeguard, breakfast/dinner (chef alejandra) spa (christina) all super helpful and great at their roles. Facilties 8/10. Everything was clean but some things a bit older. It's a town-like area so hotel facilities are not comparable to a city-like 4 star hotel. But still plenty to do. Performances every night, breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing value with lots of variety every day. Pool area was big enough and almost always you can find sunbeds and cabanas. Hands down the top choice for Cala Millor.

The hotel was really nice & clean with plenty of facilities. The entertainment team was great and all the staff were amazing. I absolutely LOVED the outdoor garden space with two pools and a cold tub. Lots of palm trees and lots of plants which made it look fabulous.

The stuff was very nice and extremely attentive. They took care of everything we needed. The breakfast was great with decent selection and variation. We enjoyed the view into the olive and lemon trees a little away from the touristic masses.

    The calm, the quality of the guests, the super friendly staff, the delicious Mediterranean cuisine, the proximity to the beach, the nice pine trees garden, the amenities like the jacuzzi and the sauna, and of course the spa services where the therapists are really excellent… not to mention the super interesting price to quality ratio… I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing retreat by the sea

    Breakfast is great. They have a good spread of dishes. The service is exceptional, everyone at the hotel is friendly, helpful and courteous. The prices are quite reasonable. The property is nice and clean, rooms are spacious and there are 2 pools outside and inside. If the weather is cold then the indoor heated pool is great. They also have a spa (paid), free access to sauna and steam room and some exercise options.

    The food generally was excellent particularly the first night on Friday. There was a complimentary drink for us as we entered the restaurant on Friday aswell, The spa facilities were lovely and it was very relaxing break. Also have to mention the Motown singer on Friday night was superb.

    Very big and comfy room, very nice views, EXCELLENT SERVICE from the staff, clean and relaxing spa. The breakfast had everything we needed and every evening you have different food in the buffet. They have many cocktails in the bar and very kind and helpful staff, I would recommend the Limoncello Spritz! Easy parking around the area (on February).
