Breakfast was really great. All staff very friendly and helpful, especially Carmen on the front desk. Rooms were a great size and comfortable including relaxing balcony with view.

It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you! The hotel is an oasis of calm, from the minute you arrive. The interior spaces, outdoor planting, spacious but comfortable rooms, the scent of the flowers and the stunning pool area, create everything you need for a relaxing break. The breakfast is beautifully presented, the lunch at the outdoor bar is great and we enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant. The staff also deserve a mention from reception to the restaurant staff, everyone is so warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly.

The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. Staying at Portals Hills was an amazing experience and I can’t praise enough how much I would recommend to book a stay there. Whether you are traveling with children or without Portals Hills meets all expectations. The staff especially Mariana, is so utterly kind and never fails to put a smile on your face. The rooms are clean and modern, as is the hotel itself. What we especially liked was that it didn’t give off a busy atmosphere due to being a boutique hotel. Lastly, I truly recommend the yacht experience with Portals Hills. We booked the sunset tour and it was definitely a year highlight. The views from the boat were spectacular and Juanma the Captain was also really nice. 10/10 recommend.

This is the best location ever. Close to the city centre Palmanova. Apartments are right on the small quiet beach. Beautiful view even from the ground floor (where was our apartment) Beautiful inside of the apartment. Nice, clean, modern. Bathroom is really nice as the rest of this place ♡

The hotel is lovely, has nice facilities and beautifully done. It sits on a bluff above a lovely cove with gorgeous views. The food is delicious.
