    Very friendly staff - from greeting at the reception to the bartender at the roof top bar. Also, my wife received a bottle of a sparkling wine for her birthday, which was a very pleasant surprise :) Amazing pool area with the relaxing, calm music. Good and rich breakfast meal options. Very nice roof top bar! And the best thing was the view and location - the hotel is at the heart of Puerto Rico.

    Room was spacious and kitchen well equipped. Breakfast buffet choice was very good although orange juice was watered down or more like a cordial. Staff lovely throughout the hotel and cleanliness was very good. View was lovely from the 8th floor and we enjoyed the chill out zone on the roof terrace. Beds were very comfortable, the air con was efficient and quiet and the black out curtains ensured a good night sleep. Good availability of sunbeds and parasols. I used the spa once during our stay (good sauna and steam room).

    Really nice hotel, very big, with different facilities and floors. Two pool areas, amazing pool and views. Staff were friendly, especially downstairs bar staff. Lots of breakfast options. Spa area and massages / treatments available. Free towel service for booking.com customers which was great. Lovely rooms, very modern and spacious with balconies. Easy access for ordering cabs and 24 hour reception.

    Very friendly staff and amazing maids who cleaned room immaculately. Lovely breakfast selection and very fresh. Spa facilities are excellent and spa treatments are lovely. hot tub on balcony is also a great touch!

    Excellent buffet breakfast, especially that it runs until 10.30. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Pool on the roof is nice. Really beautiful view. Quick walk to the beach. Enjoyed a good massage and the rest of the spa, including thalasso, looked great but I didn't use.
