I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated, and everything feels fresh and clean. Even in February, there was no humidity or dampness, which was a big plus. The hotel is very quiet, making it perfect for a good rest. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. They allowed us to check in earlier than the standard time and even invited us to have breakfast on the day of arrival, which was a very nice gesture. The breakfast buffet included a variety of Spanish national dishes, which added to the experience. The location is also convenient—close to the airport, with street parking available nearby. One more thing that really impressed me was the hotel's attitude: we accidentally broke a glass in the room, but instead of charging us, they simply said, "Accidents happen." Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was large and it was very relaxing to lie on the balcony loungers, it was very quiet and couldn't hear the hustle and bustle outside. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast desserts changed a little each day, the cakes were were very delicious, I went late but there was no shortage of supply. Special thanks to Tien for all her help, as my flight was at 3:50pm and check out time was at 11am, having breakfast meant I had to have to get everything ready by 10am, but she took the initiative to ask me about this time and help me communicate to get a 1pm check out, which has made me decide to stay at this hotel next time I go to Palma.

All great! The breakfast and dinner are amazing. The staff is really helpful. Big rood with a comfortable bed, big shower with a good water pressure. Not far from the beach and bus station.

Everything was just great: - Well-equipped room with a sea view; - Good location - just a few steps from a beach and a bus stop (10-15 minutes from the airport); - Friendly staff; - VERY good dinner (but please note that drinks are for additional charge).

Everything was amazing. Food was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner, never disappointed, the choice was huge, everyone must be able to eat there. Personal very nice. Pool area amazing. Evening program, live music, good drinks and food available during the day. 15min by bus from airport, directly. 2 min walk from the beach, 1min from nearest shop if you need water, 2 min from car renting place. We even had a sea view room, balcony is amazing. Gym available as well (old school, but enough!). Thank you again! (big bonus: GLUTEN FREE options available)

The breakfast spread is massive and great value for money with extremely tasty options. Being Indians, we enjoyed the breakfast spread with good options. Our room was very comfortable with great view. Bonus was a complimentary bottle of champagne immediately post our check in which was a great gesture and we absolutely enjoyed it.

Small scale resort with lovely trees that give shade and a relaxed outside atmosphere. We really loved it there, my daughter (4) had so much fun. Swimming all day and especially mini disco at night. The animation team are lovely people. The 2 male lifeguards were always very friendly with guests and one gave tips on how to help my daughter learn to swim. She was swimming by herself when we left:) The apartment was really spacious. Overall we were just really happy there.
