lovely hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. beds very comfortable, breakfast plentiful. loved the little extra touch of the curtains opening every time you walked in to the room, so you could fall in love all over again with the view, which was perfect.

Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

Everything about Lanis is very special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant views are awesome and the food is great ! Our room was fantastic, offering us our own private terrace with awning and hot tub. But most of all the staff are fantastic- everyone is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel like one of the family. We loved our stay at Lanis and will definitely be back.

Amazing stay then we had wonderful family time together, prefect room with poorl-view, relaxing vibe with banana trees in front too, perfect professional cleaning standard, the personnel are very friendly very helpful, which is the BEST reason for us ti extend for other week to stay. This was such a beautiful hotel and the staff were truly amazing! From the minute we got there (after a very very stressful delayed and awful flight) they made us feel so relaxed and we were given the most beautiful room. The view was absolutely stunning. We then went to the sunset bar that had incredible cocktails, great quality and strong! The staff were truly excellent and did their job very well. The breakfast was lovely and the seating area was really nice and comfortable. We actually didn’t want to leave the hotel as we loved it there so much. Even the morning we checked out they invited us to go and have our breakfast even though it was not open just yet. These small details and attention to detail and always having the guests in mind made it very special. We will come back very soon, hopefully 🙏
