The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Lots of choices everything very fresh. The bread and smoked salmon especially good! The location was lovely in a beautiful atrium. As the restaurant was closed on the night we were there we ate in the bar and the service was superb. The food was lovely small plates of charcuterie for example. The welcome from the staff and their fantastic customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had taken our dog with us and they even checked in that we had everything we needed for her stay and she'd been comfortable. The spa was very nice, particularly the sauna and jacuzzi.

    Brilliant location short walk to promenade and restaurants. We shared a family room which gave us plenty of space. We really enjoyed using the spa facilities, although children can't use some areas. Breakfast was delicious and there was so much choice!

    One of the best hotels on our driving way to Spain for summer vacation. We are staying here 3d time and never disappointed. Spa area, sauna, jacuzzi- what can be better for relax. And if you want to have a walk for 2/4km you will see an amazing lake surrounded by mountains.

    Not all rooms have access to the spa, but if your room doesn't you can pay separately for spa access. The spa is very nice and complete, with hammam, sauna, jacuzzis, special showers, etc. The breakfast is very complete, varied, and great quality.

    The rooms were large and have balconies. The toilet and bathroom were separate. Ours also had a full size fridge. Whilst there were no shutters the curtains kept out the light very well. The indoor swimming pool, hamman and sauna are free to use for hotel guests. But if you want a spa treatment you'd need to book ahead as they get booked up early. Breakfast was OK. There were a variety of pastries, some hot food, good quality jams, various hot drinks and 2 types of juice.
