The staff was very kind and helpful! The location is perfect to visit the city, yu just need to take the tram. The neighbourhood seems quiet, safe and clean. They are available to keep your luggage in their deposit for free, both before and after your stay.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in and Valet parking excellent. My room was lovely, the bathrobes and slippers luxurious. The breakfast was great too. The hotel has kept its beautiful style and has a iconic old lift which stands out.
