The apartment contains all necessities, including tissues and toiletries. The owners of the property are so respectful and helpful that he even helped us carry the bags. There is an elevator and the building is clean. The apartment overlooks the Tay River from the hall and kitchen. There is a free car park attached to the apartment. The place is safe and there is no disturbance. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend a quiet time in Dundee.

Exceptionally quiet, great night sleep. Leisure pool, steam and sauna room , spa pool relaxing and the extra the cost was worth it . We used it Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning! Hotel was clean and tidy. Good swimming pool with steam room, sauna and hot tub. Lots of parking. Good basic choice of hot food in the restaurant if you are looking for gourmet or world class this is not the place to choose, but as a basic with a good choice of hot fresh food it was very good.
