Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Elemis products were a nice touch. And very quiet, no doors slamming, no loud pings from the elevator which seems to be normal in most hotel. Another bonus point is the still and sparkling water fountain dotted around the hotel, such a good idea - should have it in every hotel. Pool was lovely size and perfect temperature, with steam room and sauna. Buffet breakfast was nice, not a huge selection but adequate.Guest review byYvonneFamily with young children

The staff were great and on several occasions really helpful. It was immaculately clean, tidy, warm and quiet. The spa area was nice, I didn't have any treatments but the pool, sauna and steam room were clean and very relaxing. The dinner and breakfast were great although, at an add on if £22, I do not know why they charge another £4 add on for smashed avocado and poached egg on toast....£26 for egg and avocado....I think not.Guest review byRebecca tennantSolo traveller
