Rooms were big and were very clean, nice little herbal tea tablets at reception and the pool was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable great bonus that pets are aloud.

It's one of the British hotels where staff know about hospitality. It was perfect to see. Staff helped with all our needs which I am sure we didn't get in other hotels in the UK. Service is really poor in this country but this hotel impressed me with its hospitality.
