The staff in this hotel were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant had an excellent chef, so we enjoyed some excellent meals and a fabulous breakfast. The pool and fitness centre was very clean and well equipped and there was also a great hot jacuzzi and steam room. It was a very short walk to the town centre, bus stop and train station.

I was here on a break with my mother who had not been able to use any leisure facilities for a number of years due to ill health and mobility issues. She was keen to give it a go and we found the leisure facilities extremely accessible for her. The family room was spacious for her walker and we found it all very relaxing and enjoyable.

Great location, great sport facilities, beautiful views and helpful staff. No extra charges for swimming/snooker/tennis etc. We were given a free upgrade of accommodation (without asking for one) so it exceeded our expectations.

    Ease of getting into the centre of town on foot, the spa facility was excellent and did not get overly busy ( changing room could have been checked and cleaned more often). Breakfasts well and quickly served, good breakfast menu. Overall a relaxed and pleasant stay.

    Beautifully decorated hotel with helpful staff. Lovely room with a turret at Bank House, which is next door to The Scotland Spa Hotel. Great facilities in main hotel with a lovely pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast fabulous and plentiful. Clean and well presented, and everyone very friendly and welcoming. Will come back.

    The room was immaculate with a very comfy bed, we had an excellent sleep. The spa facilities were great also as we had a massage and facial, Caitlin and Rhianna were amazing and we left feeling so pampered and relaxed. We also had breakfast included with our stay, we both opted for the full veggie breakfast and it was so tasty with excellent continental choices also!

    Staff friendly and helpful , great relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast had us spoilt for choice . We had a great time, Scotland's spa hotel has just got a good feel about it. We will definitely return for another stay.
