Spa Hotels in York

Michelle greeting us and was very pleasant and friendly. She informed everything we needed to know and showed us around. Our room was very spacious as was the bathroom. At breakfast we were greeted with a friendly good morning and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and plenty to choose from. After a long day we went down to the jacuzzi and then relaxed in their beautiful garden and had a wee blether with Michelle. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and will definitely revisit.

From walking in the staff were lovely, whilst we waited to check in we had a drink in the bar overlooking the racecourse. The room we had was upgraded and spacious. Everything clean and robes provided. Had access to the pool/sauna facilities. Breakfast had great choice and was cooked well. Overall a very relaxing stay and look forward to return / visit more Marriott Group hotels!

Staff were amazing - kind, friendly and so helpful The hotel itself is lovely, felt grand and luxurious yet modern and new. Lovely grounds too Spa is great and I managed to get 5 treatments whilst there! I enjoyed the pool and gym also and found the atmosphere in the pool are so relaxed and calming. Even has steam and sauna access. Restaurant was lovely - had some vegetarian options and breakfast had so many options Room service was easy to order too

The room was large for a classic and superbly appointed and clean. The staff throughout were fantastic and the breakfast 1st rate. The sauna experience was enjoyable and the massage truly relaxing. I can't praise all the staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable!
