A whole house at our disposal, with a great créole garden, jacuzzi and access to the owners' pool. Lamentin is probably not the most beautiful place on the island but it's well located to visit around. The house offers more than you can need, the bed is super comfortable and the big asset are Henri and Anita, the very welcoming hosts:ask them for advise, they will be very happy to tell you what to do on the island. Get to know them, they are really very nice people. The house is really worth what you will pay for. And don't forget to feed Caroline, the turtle!

I had a truly marvelous and relaxing stay at Habitation Saint Charles. This place is truly a very special pearl, located in a rural area and surrounded by nature, far away from any civilization noise. Colourful plants and lights—deliberately chosen and placed—singing birds and ambient music—playing from somewhere you can't really tell—the natural pool with basalt stone flooring, the whole atmosphere transcends you instantly into a realm of serenity and joy. The hotel service was superb, at all times, always welcoming, helpful and passionate, with dedication. The restaurant is excellent, I had dinner three nights and was never disappointed. The dishes all special and delicious, making a noticeable difference to what I experienced elsewhere so far. I booked one a the small rooms with a terrace, it was nicely decorated, some fresh flowers and vanilla incense sticks, a large fridge, neat bathroom with stone tiling, and swinging doors in front of the terrace, which block almost every light when closed, perfect. Super comfy bed, I slept like a baby.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. Indeed, the hotel / rooms could use some renovation, but my room was very clean, comfortable and the daily housekeeping was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The surroundings are absolutely stunning and it's very convenient to have the beach right at your doorstep. A special mention to Marie Claire from the breakfast team - she was so sweet and hospitable. Highly recommend her and the overall experience!

The host was fantastic, always had a smile on him even when dealing with difficult guests at the property. We stayed in two rooms due to guest issues (not us), first room was fantastic, clean great facilities and a private hot tub, second room was great again with a private hot tub however there is WiFi issues to work on there, easily remedied im sure.

Breakfast was really great, lots of variety and tasty. Also enjoyed the Hammam. The spa is popular so probably need to book treatments when you reserve the room.
