Wow what a fab location. The lodges sit in a small cove which is perfect for swimming and snorkelling (which we did every day). The place is clean and safe. the staff are excellent. It is literally paradise.

The location is superb for exploring Basse-Terre by car. The view from the balcony / living area is exceptional too, so we were never in a rush to leave in the morning! The gîte is a well appointed, cosy retreat. It's only a few minutes drive from the Monoprix so it's very easy to buy nice food & wines for a night on the terrace after a long hike. Our hosts were charming and warm.

Horizon Lodges is situated in Saint-Claude and has a private pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay.
