The food was amazing, and so was the staff. Magdalene was our favorite, along with the other guy who checked us in. She organized a private boat cruise for us as well and helped with restaurant reservations. It was my 40th birthday, and the entire team came to my room with a beautiful cake and sang for me. I will never forget that moment. Thanks to the team. We can't wait to visit again, this time with our family.

Everything was perfect! The cleanliness was impeccable, congratulations to the cleaning lady! Every day the bath towels, pool towels and bathrobes were changed, and the bed linen every 2 days. Free toiletries and hairdryer available. Coffee available at the machine in the room, every morning. The outdoor pool, indoor pool and jacuzzi, also cleaned every morning! Excellent breakfast! The communication was perfect, whatever we needed and requested, we received. You need to rent a car to get anywhere, at any time of the day. A unique experience with unforgettable moments. Thank you very much for everything you did for us!

I'll firstly say that the pictures provided. On booking.com are accurate and the room is beautiful. There was a lot to enjoy and to praise about my stay here. The room and 'hotel' area are immaculately clean and my wife and I really enjoyed the private steam room and hot tub. The breakfast was very substantial with lots of options and was delicious. But really, it is the fact the staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive that made this trip a 10/10. They would always say good morning and good evening and we had small requests here and there and they fulfilled them without hesitation. (I'll upload photos to my review if I manage to get them off of my wife!) All in all, I'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you for the memorable stay, team.
