A brand new hotel at the center of Heraklio. The hotel is the first smart hotel in Crete. The staff makes the hotel even more top than already is. Very polite, always with smile and always ready to make your accommodation more comfortable and make the guests more welcome. The breakfast has very good first quality products and the spa ( swimming pool - Jacuzzi - massage ) is a facility that can't be missed . I would like to thank the management and the staff for my accommodation at Ethereal White Resort and will definitely choose it again on my next visit in Heraklio.

Had a wonderful stay! We found everything we needed in the appartment. It was exactly as in pictures, very spacious, clean, had good air conditioning during hot days. Also it is close to shops and restaurants. Big thanks to the host who was very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paralos Lifestyle Beach. Staff and Service: The staff were really friendly and always ready to help, making us feel very welcome. Ambiance: The hotel was quiet and peaceful, even though it was fully booked during our stay. This was thanks to its smart design and the private pool that gave us our own space to relax. Location: Being right next to the beach was fantastic. The area around the hotel isn't very pretty, so we suggest renting a car to visit more beautiful parts of the island. Food: The food at the hotel was very good, with a great variety of choices. We appreciated the fresh options for both breakfast and dinner. It was nice having a breakfast room dedicated to healthy choices. Also, getting one free à la carte dinner during our stay was a fantastic bonus. Activities: It was great having sports classes like yoga and pilates available. There is an outdoor gym area as well as a small indoor gym equipped with three cardio machines. Overall, our time at Paralos Lifestyle Beach was excellent. We felt well taken care of and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. We'd be happy to come back!

Our stay at Pnoé was truly amazing. This is really a great place where you can recharge, relax, and let go of all your worries. The staff were exceptionally professional and always ready to help. The stunning architecture adds to the experience and simply walking around was a joy in itself.

We had a great time at this hotel! Ever since we arrived we felt very welcomed by all of the staff members. Throught our stay they were really helpful and always professional. The food was really good as well, very nice cooking and lots to choose from. The pools were very clean and the lounging area was very peaceful and quiet. Only in the weekends it got a bit chaotic because of the people coming from the outside. We booked a private suite with a pool and we loved every detail of our room. It was cleaned daily. My boyfriend had a great time at the gym, it had all the neccessities. We recommend this hotel for a great and peaceful vacation!
