Everything, the place was amazing and the staff exceptional!

We enjoyed the Water park, its amazing! Its way much better than the water park Aqua Plus in Crete. So you get amazing slides just by living in this hotel! Very nice food, and we got a chance to have a dinner in newly opened restaurant Philema, which was fantastic. Very helpful, always smiling staff in Stella villages. The beach next to the hotel is not crowded and it was a pleasure to have a swim there. Thank you Stella Villages ❤️

This hotel is 100% very good hotel. it is new, clean and luxury. You can enjoy the calm and luxury atmosphere here in Nana princess hotel. If you are the family, you can also use its sister hotel Nana beach’s facilities. there are so many water sports activities, and kids area including water park. Very good hospitality in general. I can recommend this hotel for everyone for sure.

Everything. This hotel gives such a chill vibe that sets you off on a relaxing mode. The location gives you serenity especially with the earth tones.My only regret is that I only booked it for two nights . The staff are so friendly and ready to help. This is a very beautiful place.

I stayed here for two nights but I wish it had been a week! One of the best resorts I have been to in the world! Not just because of how beautiful and clean the resort is, but also how incredible the service is! I was here for my honeymoon but we decided to take my daughter with us, the hotel caters to all needs. They have a beautiful play area which is safe and fun for children, we were able to leave my daughter and have some alone time. But we also were able to enjoy a lot of activities with my daughter on site! I could write a very long review because I was impressed! The room was spacious and beautiful (we got upgraded for free)! They have lots of amazing restaurants on site! Every single person who works at Stella Aqua Park is incredible! But a special thanks to Anna-Maria who made sure we had a wonderful stay! Like I said I have write all day but I will just end by saying this place is 10/10! Again thank you so much Ana-Maria for everything.

Well, where can I start from? The hotel is amazing; the staff, the food, the location, everything! We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights, half-board, and we arrived at the hotel super early (around 8:45), left our luggage at the reception and went to eat a great breakfast! We then got our room after about an hour later (~9:30), which is amazing given the original check-in time is at 15:00! The room was spotless EVERY DAY. I honestly could barely find dust, if any, on the usual places (and even the unusual ones!) where other hotels would just leave it to accumulate until you're breathing it in daily. The coffee Nespresso pods, instant coffee and teas, as well as a 1 liter bottle were given every day with the room being cleaned. The room is also a proper 5-star one. Everything looks and feels so nice and clean. Well done! The food was tasty, and you honestly had lots of options to choose from, with sweets, salads, and the usual things you can find in a 5-star hotel buffet. The restaurant was amazing and could easily handle hundreds of people, so seating won't be a problem for you! The hotel's staff was ALWAYS helpful, smiling, and ready to assist in everything you needed. If you need a taxi (like we did), 1 call from the reception and you'll have a taxi in 5 minutes, no matter the time! The hotel has 2 places right next to the reception where you can rent a car (ONE car rentals), and you also have a guest relations office where you can find trips around Crete! We have rented a car for a few days from the hotel's car rental, and honestly, we got an amazing deal which is way more expensive on their site! All the cars you rent will have the full insurance included because of the hotel's policy (a big plus!), so no worrying about that! The renting process is quick and easy.

We had a fantastic stay at Parolas Kosta Alimia. The Retreat Double Direct Sea View room with Hydro Massage Tub was beautiful, stylish and relaxing, though not directly beachfront as shown in some photos. The hotel itself is pure luxury, ideal for unwinding. A big plus was the inclusion of 5 à la carte restaurants in the half-board package, which felt truly high-end. I had a great massage at the spa, special thanks to Maria for her warm and professional service. Also the other Staffs there. All in all, the staff at hotel were incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was calming, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
