The Royal Senses Resort & Spa in Crete is a stunning resort! We were truly fortunate to spend a memorable vacation with our family there during July 1-7, 2023. Our only regret was not booking a longer vacation. The amazing sea views, the AMAZING infinity pools, the spa, the beautiful spacious rooms, the excellent food, the atmosphere everywhere! I could go on and on about this amazing resort and the thought invested in every aspect of it. However, all of these are just a backdrop to this hotel's unforgettable stars - the resort's team showed us what true kindness is. This kindness was met everyday with the most dedicated service to their guests. Wow, they made us feel special with their kindness and left an unforgettable impression on us. Thank you!

Excellent hotel for families! it is very quiet. It has an excellent location and a nice view, the restaurant serves delicious food at very good prices, everything is spotlessly clean, the room and outside areas, the staff is very kind and very well behaved. I will definitely keep coming to this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights with a little baby (5 month) in one of the superior Bungalows on Half Board the last week of the season. Great decision! Really nice and well maintained quiet resort, friendly stuff, good food, relaxing shower, everything is baby buggy/wheel chair friendly, big room, nice access to the sea, baby bed included. We felt very welcome and wished we could have stayed longer. Can highly recommend for families with baby when you need time to relax (at least in the off season) :)

We were offered free upgrade to the bigger Sugar villa and it was absolutely beautiful and I´m so thankful we were offered that. Staff at the reception is just so so nice. And the villa itself definitely exceeded my expectations in every possible way.

    The hotel is beautiful and staff are excellent, a true 5 star experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide selection of quality products, again staff attention was great. The pools were lovely, being one with salt water! The kids enjoyed the kids aqua park. We also used the spa, which had excellent facilities and friendly staff.

    Quite simply, our holiday here was phenomenal. Room was great, every day there were little extras. Buffet restaurant was amongst the best we have ever sampled. Communal pools where relaxing and spacious, villa pools were secluded and private. Staff were immense, without exception.
