Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful ( Christina , Theo , the front office manager) everybody wants to make your stay amazing. From the first step in the hotel you fill special. The cleaning is very well done . Even the air freshner smell wonderful. We hope to return next year.

Nick is a great host and a wonderful person, we spent a week in Porto Enetiko Suites, the room was super clean, the view from the balcony it’s spectacular! Nick welcomed us when we arrived and he answered to every questions we had before our arrival and also during our stay. I would recommend this fantastic place to whoever visits Rethymno!     The staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was such a luxury feature to be able to order food and drinks whether you're by the pool or beach. We loved that the hotel had its own private part of the beach. The private hot tub on the balcony was a great add on to an already amazing room. We treated ourselves to a massage which was great, we felt super relaxed and near fell asleep.

    One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in - both the hotel facilities and the staff were amazing! Big thanks for hotel staff for making our stay as relaxing and worry-free as possible, management is doing a great job with staff training. Also Spa is worth noting - booked a massage 3 times with 3 different therapists, all three visits were great. Thanks Nautilux, will definitely reccomend to friends abd family!
