From the first day until our last in the hotel the staff was always responsive to our needs, always asking if we needed anything, very friendly from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies. Very clean private beach, spotless sand, quick sunbed service and comfortable sunbeds. Rooms with a high quality standard, modern and always clean. both breakfast and dinner were varied, for all tastes and from all international cuisines. We also want to mention Liana, from the guest relations service. She was so great with us. Ask her about anything you want or can do in the hotel or outside the hotel. She will help you with everything! For sure we will come back to Nautilux!

Nick is a great host and a wonderful person, we spent a week in Porto Enetiko Suites, the room was super clean, the view from the balcony it’s spectacular! Nick welcomed us when we arrived and he answered to every questions we had before our arrival and also during our stay. I would recommend this fantastic place to whoever visits Rethymno! The staff was great, very polite, very attentive with kids and with the clients. The room was cleaned every day, the pool area and the garden was very clean, the food always fresh with a good variety, they helped us with baby friendly food. The hotel has a free private beach with sunbeds, they provide beach towels every day, the beach is just across the hotel, one minute walk. It's a sandy beach, ideal for baby, crystal clear water..The hotel has free private parking, spa zone, gym and a little space for the kids in the backyard. The city center is available by walking or driving, it's 20 min walk to the port.

Everything! We booked a cheaper room but upon arriving we got a cheap upgrade to this one because somebody canceled last minute and it was more than worth it! The room was modern, but classy, well kept and tastefully decorated, clean, really comfortable and spacious! There was a nice little functioning kitchen with utensils, pots, cups ect. Also a washing machine and a lot of storage options. The bathroom was nice and clean (which is rare at most hotels/places nowadays..). A working AC. Great spacious balcony overlooking the city and the harbour with a great view in the morning and in the evening! You can have breakfast, lunch, dinner there or just sunbathe. The property has a really central location. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, cafés ect. at walking distance. All in all a wonderful stay with a really nice, friendly and kind host! We also got a welcoming gift. 12/10.

I recently stayed with my partner and we had the most incredible time. The staff are attentive and will go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. The views from the rooms with sea view are fantastic. Highly recommend paying extra for these. We stayed in the deluxe sweet and were blown away by how great the room was. The beach is a short walk away and you can use the facilities at their sister hotel, which is immediately opposite the beach. There are plenty of restaurants brach side and near the old town. The views from the balcony in the deluxe room were so good I decided to propose there! The staff were also great at helping me set up.
