    When we made the reservation, we relied on the many positive reviews of the hotel and assumed a higher price for the 2-day stay. We only wanted to relax. We liked the meal (both breakfast and dinner were ok, with varied options). The spa was also ok. Comfortable bed. The elephant figurine concept is really cute and I think it's a great thing for kids. Free parking is also a plus for hotel guests.

    Hotel is recently renovated and facilities are brand new. Wellness & spa facilities and private 'beach' in front of the hotel were amazing. Room was very comfortable and clean; great quality mattress and pillows. Breakfast and dinner buffet was tasty. Staff in the restaurant was super friendly and well trained, in contrary to the reception/spa staff (see negative comment below).

    Linda at the reception went out of her way to help us with all the questions that we had. She gave us great recommendations, both local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The property also had multiple spa/sauna facilities that helped us relax and wind down for the day. Highly recommend to other travellers.

    Nicely furnished hotel, spacious dining room, wide range of food for breakfast and dinner and a big staff during meals looking for clean tables and quickly serving guests, big Wellness zone with enough wellness lounge beds, 3 jaccuzii with ideal water temperature, spacious room with lake view

    Wellness and spa facilities. Also the possibility of having access through the hotel to a private area on the lake, where we could swim and relax. Food was amazing.

    The location is really good with close proximity to the lake and the nearby park. The swimming pool and wellness area as well as private island beach is great and delivers a very relaxing feeling. Breakfast was rather nice, lots of choices but it was not outstanding.

    The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and even a balcony. The facilities were amazing pools, saunas, brand new gym and a private "island" beach. The food selection for breakfast and dinner was exceptional.
