Owner is very hospitable. Property is crystal clean and situated on a very high floor in the building. Very advanced entry process and felt extremely secure. Kitchen and utensils are available and WiFi is good. Situated near to Pollux Habibi mall and only a 5 min car ride to Batam Center port.

    The staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of food and not many people. The golf course and driving range were nice for a buggy ride. Playing golf alone in the afternoon was okay because of low demand. The basic room I stayed in was not even big enough. The massage at the hotel was super nice, especially after a round of golf. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

    Hotel is exclusive with quiet surroundings. They have a few restaurants at the hotel wing and could provide room service. There is also a massage spa in the same wing. There is a kids room within the apartment premises with toys and tv for the kids to play in their free time. Staffs are cheerful and helpful. Overall nice stay.
