We loved everything about the place from the moment we got there til we left ! The villas were run by great German guy called Chris who was really nice and helpful. They upgraded us to a double villa as we had a bad experience with the flights over there. It really made up for it! The bungalows were well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding ( changed every day ). The air conditioning worked well plus the fan. We adored the bathrooms “inside outside “. basically no roof so you felt very much in nature. We loved looking at the stars at night when spending a penny. The Villas were Cleaned every day by very nice friendly efficient staff . Our breakfast was brought to us each morning and nothing was too much trouble. It was tasty and there was a variety of options . The pool was a delight and the gardens surprisingly big and well kept. We loved the privacy and often stayed at the villa most of the day . we be if there best places we have ever stayed. Should be rated 5 star not 4. The spa was really handy too. The therapists were very skilled and we loved indulging ourselves there frequently.

Great location just in front of the sea where you can swim around beautiful fishes and see turtles. Beds are comfortable and bungalows are very clean. The food is nice and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Among the best places in Gili Air according to what we've seen!

I had the most peaceful time in this cozy place🩷 I really needed a break from all the loudness of canggu and this was a magical stay. My heart is full from the energy that this place gives you, and I feel grounded and fully aligned. Definitely I will come again and I truly recommend it.

Right on the beach where you can snorkel to the reef and see corals and a wide variety of fish (and turtles if you’re very lucky)! Perfect location - I walked everywhere from here. Clean and cozy, exactly as described. Nice bar on site with free water refill for guests. Good breakfast (not buffet but choice of savory or sweet plates): I loved the fruit, smoothies, and banana pancakes! Room cleaned daily, but towels are changed only upon request (which makes sense since most guests only stay a couple of days). The pool was great to have when the tide was lower and I found it very eco-friendly to use sea water! Lastly, the staff was very kind and helpful

I absolutely lovely this place. We were welcomed by smiling, very carring staff with welcome drink. We starred every day with sunrise watching just in front of our cottage and afterwards had breakfast in the same place with view of Lombok, Rinjani Volcano and sea. Just few steps and we could snorkel on amazing coral reef with turtles and colorful fishes. There are many amazing restaurants and cafes in Gili Air, but food in Biba Beach is tasty as well (i loved seafood curry). Bungalows are comfy, cozy and clean, cleaned every 2 days which is enough. I loved outdoor bathroom and having shower under million of stars. Little terrace was also great! Last, but not least I cannot express how amazing staff is! Always smiling. Always willing to help. Eventually instead of 5 nights we stayed 10 and we were still considering to prolong our stay! It's just paradise!
