GermanyThe staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. No matter the time and occasion. The room was clean at all time. They organised a pick up from the airport and despite the long waiting time awaited me and even helped me getting a SIM card. Also for the foreign travelers with cash on hand: Use the money exchange in the hotel. The rate is ok and they are trust worthy. I highly recommend this hotel! Would stay there again! Thank you very much!!

United StatesThe Grand La Walon Manager personally made sure our stay was enjoyable. He organised a birthday cake for my husband's 70th birthday & the staff decorated our room with balloons.
Overall the staff at the front desk, house cleaning and dining area were all very friendly and helpful.
I have stayed here previously and intend to stay there again in the future.
