It is our third week in Bali and by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. It is an incredible place, completely breathtaking. But to be honest, it was the staff that made our stay, they are incredibly kind and loving, treating you like family. The restaurant was delicious, from vegan to meat lovers and Erika, Agus and Cindy were exceptional. If you get the pleasure to meet Shirley, she is divine, she will make sure your stay is more than perfect, every detail made with love. The staff in the lobby are extremely helpful, mainly Bagus, an absolute angel. We cannot wait to visit again in the future. Lots of love and light, Olivia & Adrian

We had an incredible time here! The entire concept of the place is truly inspiring—designed with deep care, creativity, and a clear sense of environmental responsibility. From the thoughtful decor to the relaxed atmosphere, everything feels intentional and full of heart. The hosts were wonderfully kind, creating a space where everyone felt at home—especially the kids, who were absolutely delighted by the presence of friendly animals. Breakfast was fresh and delightful—a great start to our days. Each of us enjoyed massages that helped melt away any lingering stress and the kids loved it, too. On top they organized adventurous experiences, free shuttle service and taxis for us. Our rooms were perfectly clean. Thank you all for your soulful hospitality!

Staying at the Lovina Hotel was just wonderful. I honestly could not have asked for anything more. The staff were exceptional, everywhere I went in the hotel there was a smile and a happy greeting. They even knew my name and how I liked my watermelon juice! Value for money was amazing and the staff were so accommodating. I had the villa with the pool, although it rained most days the one day I was there all day the pool was invaluable so dip into! The locals are very friendly and often chat with you if you wish, but if you want to be left alone they respect that. It is fascinating to sit and watch the fishmen in the sea and the sunsets are beautiful. Room service is impeccable...some of the top hotels I've stayed in have not done the rooms ro this standard. Beyond clean and tidy and the fresh daily flower are a lovely touch. All in all I have stayed at other hotels in Bali before I decided to try the North. I really cannot wait to go back to the Lovina. It feels like I have left family behind...you will not be disappointed. OK, there is no nesspreso coffee machine! But keeping in mind Bali is trying to be a green country and not encourage use of plastics then that's understandable!

Amazing boutique hotel in the hills of Lovina 😍 The rooms are really lovely, pool and the view is amazing and the staff is really friendly. The staff accomodated our every need and always asked if need something more. The location is remote and nice and quiet. You can really relax and take the time for yourself. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definately go back ❤️🙏
