The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The airport was easily accessible (40 mins). I will definitely stop here again next time.

Basically everything: the view from the room is breathtaking, the hotel staff has always been kind, welcoming and helpful (and speaks a very good English), especially Saeno Kunto - the general manager - who always made sure we were having a good time and enjoying our stay in Lombok, last but not least the breakfast has so many different options to choose from one better than the other

Great location, close to shops and the Epicentrum Mall. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, even tho it’s close to the biggest mosque in Lombok, you can barely hear any outside noise. The staff was prime too. They doubled checked the room before we left to ensure we didn’t forget anything and were very helpful when needed. Would definitely come back’

The property is like an oasis, beautifully decorated and the perfect place to relax. Staff were wonderful as was breakfast. Plenty of fab restaurants nearby - shout out to 'Flow' across the road - and a quick Gojek bike ride into town.

Central location in Mataram. Easy to get everywhere I needed to go. Bed was very comfortable. Room was big. Restaurant had good food options and prices were not extortionate. Water refill available around hotel was helpful. Parking area was large for motorbikes. ATM conveniently outside hotel. Cute park opposite the road. Islamic centre a 2 minute drive. Beautiful view of the Islamic centre from my room and from the roof. But, what really made the stay great was the staff. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. They made me feel at home and even drove me to find a motorbike rental, and to sort out a mobile sim card. They always smiled, and said hello and invited me for iftaar with them on my final night. I stayed during Ramadhan and the staff amazingly called me when it was Suhoor time. Housekeeping did a great job and were always lovely. Amazing staff, thank you!!!
