We loved the spacious room and how it was laid out. It worked for us a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The staff were absolutely amazing. Their service were above and beyond. We loved how the meals for kids under 2yo were free. The bartender, Andi, next to the pool were amazing and really nice to the kids. The food were superb. We loved everything we ordered and enjoyed the breakfast more than the other resorts we stayed in Bali. Overall we kept comparing other resorts to Ritz-Carlton, and next time we are in Bali, we will definitely stay here again.

From the unique Welcome experience to the transfer to the airport, the Laguna experience was wonderful. The facilities, staff and location on the beach were perfect. I gave some of my Paul's Hot Sauce to the staff as gifts as they were wonderful.

I received a warm and friendly reception upon arrival with welcome drinks and a free upgrade to a larger villa with a private pool. The villa had everything I needed, I didn't have to ask for anything extra. They even provided snacks. The floating pool breakfast was amazing. The food was lovely and the coffee was still hot when it arrived to the room. All in all a great stay, wish I stayed longer.

Beautiful, green and natural space. The flowers and vibe was beautiful and the birds woke us up naturally in the morning. Erna was an incredible hostess who gave us helpful tips for discovering the area. She sorted us with a bike, day trips and transport from the airport, always with a smile on her face. Every morning, we were given the option of what we would like for breakfast and at what time which was super for us as we love a chilled morning.

Most lovely people, very friendly and genuinely helpful. Laundry, ironing, scooter, amazing smoothiebowl for breakfast and meals on request. Also company of Mia and Bobo (pets) was lovely. Quiet at night! With kitchen to make your own food if you must, but a very very nice Warung is just 3 min. walk.
