Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing – it exceeded all our expectations and more. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, very clean and modern. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the restaurant – every single meal we had was delicious. Big compliments to the chef! The 24/7 reception was also a big plus, always available to assist. The service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. Their positive attitude made us feel like royalty, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Overall, this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. During the last two weeks of our honeymoon we stayed at Kayana Beach, and it was absolutely perfect! The villas were stunning, featuring a private pool and everything you'd expect from a luxury villa resort. The service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the assistance we received in organizing private boat taxis directly from the beachfront, which was just a 30-second walk from our villa. These boats took us to the beautiful islands of Gili Air and Gili Meno - definitely a must-do when you're in Lombok. In the restaurant, they paid careful attention to my allergies by providing gluten-free options, and the food was fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which extended until late afternoon - perfect for lazy mornings! Kayana Beach is a true gem in Lombok, and it made our honeymoon incredibly memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a combination of luxury, adventure, and relaxation.

My partner and I had an incredible 3 nights and 4 days at Sudamala Resort. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was one of the best accommodations we chose in Indonesia. Service was exceptional, the sunset room was outstanding (our view was the ocean -- we could hear the waves from bed every night and morning), but also the BATHROOM is incredible! Super luxurious. We opted for breakfast included which was pretty good. Service and staff was above and beyond always ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you for a wonderful few days!
