What a fabulous hotel with exceptional service. Huge credit to all the staff who were so welcoming, couldn’t do more to help and always smiling. The hotel itself is stunning, from the entrance with candles & fresh flowers, the gorgeous spa, it all felt very luxe. We were offered a welcome drink whilst checking in, bags taken to our room, shown to the spa as we booked a time slot (access is free to all guests you just have to pre book a time slot) the spa was gorgeous, very quiet so even more special, inside and outside jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and lovely pool with bubble beds. The bar/lounge was so cosy with a fire and comfy sofas. We ate at the onsite pub which was lovely. I would try the onsite fine dining if coming back. Breakfast was a real treat, lovely service, great selection of buffet and cooked options (all included) the room itself was great, a nice hotel room, just didn’t have the wow factor that the rest of the hotel did. We will absolutely be returning when visiting Ireland again. Great value for money as well. The location was ideal to explore Killarney, close to the waterfalls and stunning landscapes. We are both regular visitors to Killarney and have stayed in numerous hotels for our visits. This time our break away was longer, so we were very lucky to have found Anthony’s apartment on booking.com, as all the other apartments were all booked out. The comfort, facilities and location were perfect for us both. Many thanks to Anthony’s house keeper who had the apartment so clean and organised. This is a seriously beautiful hotel. We had dinner at The Panorama. Again faultless. Attentive very fruendly staff. Rooms are quiet. Hotel decor a credit to them.

Everything was perfect loved the location and all the amenities! Only thing that was a miss was the parking garage was full and had to park in the back lot.

Very big room, loved the location. Right on a golfcourse with lovely views of deer in the morning. The green curry in the restaurant is so good! Beds are comfy, very quiet hotel and it’s right on the Ring of Kerry. Would definitwly stay here.
