The food was really awesome. The hotel is very clean , however, the aircon stops in between . If windows are allowed to open, then a slight mouldy smell could be prevented . Overall, it's a place to be highly recommended.

Loved the exceptional friendliness and care by all staff. From Hita at the Front Desk, to Koshy at the Business Centre, all the way to Sujata as front of house at the restaurant, Gaurav the Restaurant Manager and especially my favorite waiter Abhishek, I couldn't be more impressed by my experience! It was great experience. Staffs were friendly but professional, room equipment was also great (especially it is important for me that they had bathtab in the room). In addition, they have a free autorickshaw from the hotel to phoenix mall so you can enjoy the shopping. I would recommend this hotel if you would like comfortable staying in chennai.

The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool and relaxing in the sauna, which added an extra layer of luxury to our experience. Overall, it was a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    the breakfast buffet was incredible - so much choice and of high quality. The spa area was phenomenal, my dad enjoyed the male section and me, my sister and my mum enjoyed the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The bathrooms were so well appointed and the room was absolutely gorgeous. The facilities were second to none and also they gave me a birthday cake for my birthday! was really touched! The staff there, at each level and department, went over and beyond - this was our favourite stay of our 2 week trip!

    This is a very high standard hotel in every respect, tasteful interior, great facilities, very clean and top service provided by very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast, good location, luxurious room, comfortable bed etc. The spa was also excellent, Indian head massage highly recommended. Fabulous roof terrace with nice pool.

    The room was well appointed and had all the facilities expected (Good bed, Cable TV, Fridge, Safe, nice bathroom. The staff fixed the problem with the safe quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge range of choice. The Pool was great for laps and there was a hot tub and sauna too.
