We had a lovely big bedroom and bathroom. The bed was huge and really comfortable. We had a gorgeous walk in shower. The breakfast was fabulous, the best we've ever had. The freshness and range of foods was brilliant. The staff in the restaurant could not have been better or more attentive..particularly Ritik, Mubeena and Lovely. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming. And the cleaning/ laundry staff were great. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

The staff was amazing. Special thanks to the manager supervising the restaurant, helping us out when we had questions or requests. Making sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Gym and pool/steam sauna facilities were nice and clean.

Harpreet Singh as a hotel manager was exceptionally good. He helped my mother and us to get transportation from hotel to other places. All hotel staff members' behaviours were excellent. If you are planning to visit Vaishno devi or Jammu. This is the best hotel to stay in.

    Very large, central, modern hotel - efficient check in, stylish decor, safe, secure. The bedroom was spacious with a big, comfortable bed and had all you would expect from a high standard hotel. Staff were very professional. We had the buffet breakfast there and it was impressive with plenty of choice and excellent service. Superb value for money.
