Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices . Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms . Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options . The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting ! Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile . Thank you for a wonderful stay of 3 nights ...wish we had more time to spend at this property.

During our recent stay at the Kochi Marriott Hotel, we experienced exceptional hospitality and impeccable service that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The valet parking team was prompt and courteous, making the check-in process seamless. They handled my vehicle with care and ensured I didn’t have to worry about parking, which is always a relief after a long journey. Upon check-in /check-out the hotel, the bell boy (Mr.Amal ) were quick to assist with my luggage. Their friendly demeanor and professional attitude immediately made our feel welcomed and well taken care of. At the reception, we were greeted warmly by the team(Ms Shijina), who handled our check-in efficiently. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. A special mention to the customer relationship team (Ms. Rose, Ms.Haneena & Ms Hadhi), give us a surprise for our wedding Anniversary and make it a memorable one . We felt like we were enjoying our Honeymoon in Kochi Marriot . The room was immaculate, thanks to the diligent work of the room boys (Mr. Ajit AK, Mr. Sujith and Mr. Sabari ), who maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout my stay. My requests for additional toiletries and room service were met with a smile and quick delivery. Also expressing our gratitude to all Chefs at Kochi Marriott for an amazing breakfast . Overall, the Kochi Marriott Hotel stands out for its well-trained and hospitable staff. Their collective effort in providing exceptional service made our stay truly memorable.
