The architecture of the building, foyer, restaurant and layout of the room outstanding . View from the balcony the best in Munnar. No need to go anywhere else for that. Make sure that you book a room with a balcony. Our room was on the side but still with a good view of the forest and plantations. The food is excellent, wide variety for breakfast and dinner. The Valle also has activities like a guided morning walk, afternoon tea, cooking courses, etc. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved staying at Chandys for our first visit to Munnar, it's a beautiful resort in a perfect location, grand and stylish however blended with absolute beauty of nature. We had amazing service the whole time from check-in till check-out and the staff here are so accommodating and lovely. Room was nice & neat, and the food was delicious. We stayed at The Feel Munnar Resort for three nights with our family, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had in India. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful green hills and fresh mountain air – perfect for escaping the noise of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and ideal for families. The view from our balcony was stunning – we loved sitting there with a warm drink in the morning, watching the mist roll over the hills. The beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were kind and always ready to help. They arranged a driver for us to explore the tea plantations, waterfalls, and other tourist spots. Everything was smooth and well organised. We had dinner at the resort restaurant every night. The food was fresh and tasty, with good vegetarian and mild-spice options that the kids could enjoy. We also appreciated how accommodating the kitchen was with our requests – it made dining very comfortable for the whole family. The peaceful environment, clean air, and excellent hospitality made this stay truly special. The kids loved the open space, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings with a cup of tea and the sound of nature all around. If you're visiting Munnar with your family and want a place that feels safe, peaceful, and well taken care of – this is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed and very satisfied. Definitely planning to come back again.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at this homestay. The hospitality made me feel at home. The room was spotless. The view and the breeze during the evening was the cherry on top. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to stay !

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tall Trees Resort in Munnar, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The resort's ambiance is truly special—it feels completely integrated with nature, surrounded by lush, tall trees that create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The food was a major highlight of our stay. Everything was delicious, and the service was exceptional. We were especially impressed when the head chef personally came to our table to check on us and ask for our feedback on the food. This kind of personal touch made us feel incredibly valued and showed their genuine passion for hospitality. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The property is also immaculately maintained, and being so close to nature was a refreshing change of pace. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our family vacation. It’s a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature.

The pool was lovely; a bit chilly so I did feel I have to swim. But it wasn't too chlorinated, and is big enough for a decent swim also. Gorgeous view over the valley, though when we stayed it was quite cloudy. Some nice chairs by the pool to relax. Also there are swings where one can sit and enjoy a book, or just look over lovely scenery, and an outdoor area where one can exercise i.e. do some basketball or cricket, or even go on monkey bars. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our requests, and prompt also The food was delicious - really tasty and not unreasonably priced, a little more expensive than the food in Munnar town but this is understandable considering the extra staff here.

    My stay at parakkat resort was wonderful! The rooms were spacious with stunning views. The hotel's fitness center was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The spa offered relaxing treatments, and the outdoor pool was really good The activities program was good also, with trekking rain dance camp fire was really good. Plus the gre was helpful and the maintenance team was quick for small issuea we faced. Overall, a fantastic experience combining luxury and hospitality.

    Very relaxing,clean and hygienic place, the staff is the sweetest the receptionist Abin will assist you throughout your stay without hesitation, the spa is a must try for a relaxing massage, Vandana worked her wonders and the massage was a must, the resort manager Sam JV was also helpful and hosted us very well

    From the moment you arrive you’re looked after. The rooms are lovely and the views are wonderful. The adults only rooftop pool is beautiful and the water temperature is perfect. The spa does great massages! Good selection for breakfast and meals at the restaurants and room service are good. They can arrange sightseeing in their private car too which is well worth it. My driver Wood is the best!

    A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the fresh air! Wonderful hotel, excellent breakfast, beautiful clean rooms, and the view from the balcony is just breathtaking! The rooftop pool with heating is an added bonus! Great massage! Very tasty restaurant "Underground"!

    We had a wonderful stay at Fragrant Nature and definitely look forward to visiting there again as well as recommending it to friends. The Prana Spa was the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed the rejuvenating Ayuvedic massages. The spa and other staff were efficient and courteous. All together, a great place to relax, chill and detox in the lap of nature.
