The hotel is fantastic, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and amazing food! The rooms were comfortable and clean with great waterfall showers, perfect after a days skiing. The facilities are great, especially the pool and spa. Plenty of parking in the car park and the covered garage and a storage room for skis and boots. The food was a highlight for us, so much choice at breakfast and also the afternoon snack. Dinner was sublime, 4 courses of truly excellent food! One of our group was dairy intolerant and the hotel provided so many options for her it was brilliant. We enjoyed Cedric’s wine recommendations, his knowledge and attention to detail throughout our stay was truly top class.

To all the other hotels in Europe, stay at Hotel Serena to see how it’s supposed to be done. After 5 weeks travelling throughout Europe and almost a different hotel each night this hotel left all the others for dead. The service and value for money was by far the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. A family run well oiled machine. The staff are hard working and friendly, they provide the best service. The food was exceptional. It is a family hotel but I stayed as a solo traveler for 1 night because the price and reviews were good, I then stayed an extra 2 nights because I felt like royalty. This is how a hotel is supposed to be run. So great to see this sort of service still exists at such great value for money. I hope this family can keep this hotel running for future generations.
