The apartment comes equipped with everything + cleaning supplies in case you'd need them. The location is great as well, having all kinds of shops and restaurants in a very short walking distance. Another bonus would be the adjustable heating during winter, which is not that common in italian accommodations. As for the host, we only met her during the initial check-in, and she was very kind in leaving us a full list of recommendations. ❤️

We really liked the offered apartments! We got much more than we expected! Location in the old town, giving the opportunity to take an evening stroll through the small streets of Bergamo. Terrace with a view of the mountains and the roofs of the houses. With such a view, the morning coffee tastes even better. The apartments were very tastefully furnished and decorated in Christmas spirit with a delightful Christmas tree. The apartment owner was very responsive and nice! The price also included airport transfer which was very nice and convenient! We really liked it! We will definitely come back again!

This is a refurbished lovely apartment, a few step away from Via Alessandro, a busy yet antique street. The kitchen is equipped with everything one can dream of. The best part is you don't have to worry about where to hang the wet clothes to dry. The washing machine has a wash+dry function! Rooms very nice and comfortable after a long journey goes to rest

Our experience at Magic Place Bergamo was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, Giulia, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. Communicating with her was a real joy - she was always available, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The apartment itself is simply fantastic. Located in a great area, it offers both convenience and charm. The interior is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. What really stood out is how functional the place is (something that often gets overlooked in well-designed spaces). Here, beauty and practicality go hand in hand. Everything was spotlessly clean, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. After long days of exploring Bergamo and the surrounding Lombardy region, coming back to the apartment felt like returning home. Both the living area with the kitchen and the bedroom are air-conditioned, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from cooking utensils to coffee and tea supplies. What truly surprised and delighted me was the attention to detail - even laundry detergent and fabric softener were available! It's clear that Giulia has thought of everything to make guests feel completely at ease. Normally, I’m quite generous with my reviews and willing to overlook minor flaws - but in this case, there was absolutely nothing to criticize. Even if I tried, I wouldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If the rating scale allowed it, I would gladly give a score of 100 out of 10! very clean, spacious with great amnesties - simply extraordinary

It was welcoming, we had a lot of time between the arriving and check in as well as between the check out and leaving jn the cuty and still they remained hospital and with arrangements we could walk the city freely. The room was comfortable and well furnitured. The breakfast was light, regional and delicious. Dinner was exceptional with great experiences of local tastes and ingredients.
