Host Filippo was there to welcome us, showed us the apartment and answered any questions. Quality of the apartment was up dated and very comfortable, could not wish for a better position 100 meters from Piazza Maggiore, and a 20 min walk from train station. Will be back. Thankyou Filippo.

Breakfast was delicious and offering various choices - pistachio and raspberry madeleines were my absolute favourites.

The staff were very friendly and witty. They upgraded our room to a suite for free! The interior of the hotel was amazing. There were plenty of sculptures and paintings all over the place! Breakfast was fantastic, too! It really felt like a five-star hotel!

The family room was spacious, very well equipped hotel. We used the bikes and cycled around the town, perfect! The hotel was in a good position for the train station to go to the airport, it was also located approx 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. The hotel was small but beautiful, we also used the spa. This was excellent value as we paid 35 euros each for 1 hour. We used the plunge pool, the steam room and sauna. For this price, you get the exclusive use of the spa! Would defo book again!

lovely position near the train station to Bologna. overall very nice stay. unfortunately couldn´t use all the SPA facilities to rest a bit because I had no time. will certainly do this next time!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at this hotel, after spending time exploring both Bologna and Florence. We wanted some time to relax and we certainly did that. The room was spacious and clean, the grounds and pool area were immaculate, and the service from staff was exceptional. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant on a number of occasions, and the food was great, in terms of choice and taste. We didn't explore much of the immediate surrounding area, other than a nearby park which had live music on at the weekend, which was fantastic and I would strongly recommend. It was easy to get to and from Bologna, and we got a taxi to the airport directly from the hotel for approx. €30. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a hidden gem on the outskirts of Bologna, with lovely grounds, facilities, and great service.
