Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

Was impressed by the extensive curation of art that gave the hotel character. Service was impeccable, the team made our first time in capri very seamless & comfortable. Rooms were spacious with the most comfortable bed ever! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.

I had the pleasure of staying there recently and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. One thing that stood out to me was the super friendly staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. In addition to the staff, the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. I was able to enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the island and the sea from my room, which added to the already wonderful experience. Finally, the rooms themselves were truly wonderful. They were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making my stay at the Capri Palace Hotel truly one to remember.
