Everything was smooth. The appartment was well equipped with everything and Carmen took very good care of us. The house has all cooking elements so you can cook at home, and you can also wash your clothes after a beach day. The smart TV made us feel at home. Everything was new and very clean.

The property was amazing, great location, great staff especially Chiara at front desk.Location in the heart of city, everything was in walking distance, no need to use transport or taxi to visit the city. Staff was very helpful also to arrange a trip for us at Etna. The design was excellent as per common areas also the room. Everything was so clean, the cleaning lady did an amazing job even hanging clothes on the hanger. A five star hotel experience definitely. Would recommend to anybody!
