Everything is absolutely perfect! The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious, luxurious and clean. For breakfast there is not a big selection, but everything that they serve is 10/10, I am still dreaming about the croissants and house made jam.

The room was nice and clean with a large comfortable bed, and free bottled water. The all-included breakfast was magnificent. It had everything from yogurt and museli, to fancy cakes, to cheese and meats. There is a barista for making coffee. I had three cappuccinos. What a perfect way to start the day in a Tuscan town.

This is a delightful hotel with the most amazing and helpful staff. The whole building has been tastefully renovated and rooms are lovely. The property is just off a main route out of Florence, which makes it easy to get to Florence, Pisa, Chianti region and the rest of Tuscany - as long as you have transport. Breakfasts were very good with inside and outside seating. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and gazebos. They have a little spa facility and they bring in an outstanding masseuse if you book. I like a good massage and we live in Thailand, yet this is one of the best massages we have ever experienced - I had hot stone and my wife had office syndrome and acupressure. You are a 10-20 minute journey from the main trainline (depending on the station you want to go from) and this runs Florence-Pisa and beyond (train system is excellent too). Incredible restaurant just across the road, so don't be put off by not having a restaurant on-site. There is a bar service in the hotel so you can have drinks - alcoholic, non-alcoholic, coffee, etc. I think that is a 24 hour service?

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Great view over the town. Irene picked us up from the train station and provided a personalised breakfast each morning with a beautiful cappuccino. Highly recommended. Convenient for the train in and out of Florence or Pisa.

A quiet place that provides an atmosphere for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The food is good for breakfast and dinner.
