Absolutely unforgettable stay! The service was impeccable - every staff member was attentive, kind, and made us feel truly special. Beautiful property in the heart of florence, facilities exceptional with authentic frescos and amazing food and shopping experiences. The staff of course is always the heart of a hotel and in this resort is incredibly attentive to each guest. Our stay was capped with a special gift to my sick daughter that brought such a smile to her face there is simply no value that can be assigned to such an experience. Such individual attention is rare even in high end stays and cannot be replicated. Food and drinks were wonderful and the concierge was unbelievable in assisting our requests! Too much positivity too simply put into words, some resorts make stays magical and this is one. Dont miss the experience.
