A wonderful experience: carefully selected interior design pieces that mixed together create a sense of belonging; a great chef with mouth watering creations; outdoor heated pool; extremely helpful staff. And for once a dog friendly hotel that really welcomes animals rather than “tolerate” them. The location is also great and easy to go back and forth to Genova by train.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the 5 star sister hotel next door. Both hotels had friendly and helpful staff. The room we were given was very comfortable and we had access to the rooftop bar where there was also jacuzzi access. This was a wonderful way to relax in the heat. The hotel is next to the main station and only a short walk to the city centre. Breakfast was great - a buffet on the rooftop terrace with views over the city.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, from the beds, walls, smell etc. They offered drinks and snacks which is Very thoughful of them after an exhausting and hot summer day. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi too. The receptionists were exeptional. I loved the walls; Very calming colors. I strongly recommend this hotel. It's in the heart of Genova and everything is at a walking distance. You'll never regret booking it.
