The staff were very attentive, the facilities top class and not crowded. The advantage of being pampered in the spa area was very relaxing as well as the daily visits to the thermal pools. Very simple process to pickup the key. The host provided all the information in advance clearly. The apartment is in ground floor and with elderly people within our group was perfect. It is very centrally located within Pisa and the apartment was very quiet. The city center can be reached by foot within 10 minutes. Good place to choose for a short stay in Pisa.

The lady was so friendly! She couldn’t do enough for us, she gave us free water on arrival and drove us to the beach and back for a small fee as we could not find a local taxi service. Nothing was too much for her and she even offered to give us an airport transfer if required. We booked this at short notice due to a cancelled flight and the room was ready when we arrived just 30 minutes after we had booked. Thank you very much we enjoyed our 2 nights here !!!!
