Overall the structure of the hotel is great . Great swimming pool and spa . The kindness and attention of the desk / reception was great . Also I had the opportunity to use the SPA and getting very good explanation from the professional running the treatments .

We loved the classic, "old fashioned", style of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the pool is so lovely. The rooms were comfy and clean. The location is great, easy to get to by car and less than 5 min walk to the cable station up to Montecatini Alto. We stayed for one night. Wished we could have stayed longer.
